For booking, please provide: tour name, desired date, number of people, children's ages (if traveling with children), hotel name, room number.
Group tours can be booked 1-2 days in advance. Private tours should be booked 2-3 days or earlier.
USD payment: payment is made when boarding the bus, no prepayment required. Ruble payment (online): payment is made online during booking. Private programs: prepayment required for booking. Euro and tenge payments are also possible, please check the exchange rate when ordering.
Children under 4 years of age (inclusive) go on most excursions free of charge. Children from 5 to 11 years old get discounts of up to 50%. There are exceptions, please specify when booking.
Yes, we pick you up from your hotel and bring you back. Transfer for Hurghada and Sharm El Sheikh hotels is included in the price shown on the website. Transfer from Makadi, Sahl Hasheesh, Soma Bay hotels, etc. is available for a small additional fee.
Wherever you go, always take a good mood with you and: drinking water, money for possible purchases, tips and possible additional services, camera. The rest of the list of necessary things depends on the type of excursion you are going on. On SEA excursions you will need: swimwear, towel, headdress, sunscreen and glasses. On the Desert SAFARI Excursion, be sure to take: arafat or any scarf to cover your face from the sand, glasses to protect your eyes from sand, sunscreens, comfortable shoes and clothes.
