1. Weather conditions and force majeure
The tour program may be adjusted due to weather conditions, tides/low tides, and unforeseen circumstances.
Rain is not considered a reason to cancel the excursion.
The company is not responsible for the loss or damage of tourists’ personal valuables.
During storms, the marine police prohibit small boats from going out to sea — in this case, a refund or rescheduling of the tour is possible.
2. Restrictions for participation in sea excursions
Participation is not recommended for tourists over 70 years old.
Participants with serious illnesses or physical limitations are not allowed.
Pregnant women are not accepted on the excursion (at any stage). If pregnancy is declared at the pier, no refund is given, and the return transfer is paid independently.
3. Tour cancellation and no-show
You can reschedule the excursion free of charge no later than 24 hours before it begins.
For air programs and private tours, cancellation is not possible — 100% of the cost is retained.
For group excursions, in case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the start, no refund is provided.
If cancellation is more than 24 hours before the start, 500 THB per person is withheld.
In case of no-show, the full cost of the tour is charged.
If only part of the amount was paid and the tourist did not go on the excursion, they must pay the remaining amount to the agent (in cash on the day of the tour).
A 50% refund is possible upon presentation of a medical certificate from a hospital (for each participant) before 16:00 on the day of the tour. The remaining half is retained because expenses for transfer, meals, hotels, and national park tickets are non-refundable.
