Tour conditions
1. Weather conditions and force majeure
The program may change due to weather, tides and other circumstances
Rain is not a reason to cancel the tour
The company is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings
In case of a storm warning, the marine police prohibit small boats from going to sea — a refund or rescheduling of the tour to another date is possible
2. Restrictions
The following are not allowed on group sea tours:
Tourists over 70 years old (for safety reasons)
People with serious illnesses or physical limitations
Pregnant women (at any stage). If they are refused at the pier, money is not refunded, and the return transfer is paid for independently
3. Cancellation and no-show
Free rescheduling is possible 24 hours or more before the start of the tour
For air tours and private programs: no refund (100% retention)
For group tours: if cancelled less than 24 hours before the start, payment is non-refundable
If cancelled more than 24 hours before the start, 500 THB per person is withheld
In case of no-show, the full cost of the tour is charged
If a partial payment was made and the tourist does not show up, they must pay the remaining part of the tour cost (cash on tour)
A 50% refund is possible only upon presentation of a medical certificate from a hospital (for each participant) before 16:00 on the day of the tour. 50% is retained, as transfer, meals, hotel bookings and national park tickets are non-refundable.
