Tour conditions
1. Weather conditions and force majeure
The program may be adjusted depending on the weather, tides or other unforeseen circumstances.
Rain is not a reason to cancel the excursion.
2. Cancellation and no-show
A free date change is possible no later than 72 hours before the start of the program.
If you cancel a group excursion less than 72 hours before departure, payment is non-refundable.
If the tour is cancelled more than 72 hours in advance, 500 THB per person is withheld.
In case of no-show for the excursion, 100% of the tour cost is charged.
If the ticket was partially paid and the tourist does not join the tour, the remaining amount must be paid to the agent (cash on tour).
For the two-day tour to Cheow Lan Lake, a refund for no-show is not possible even upon presentation of a medical certificate from a hospital.
