1. Weather conditions and force majeure
The program may be changed due to weather conditions, tides or other unforeseen circumstances.
Rain is not a reason to cancel the excursion.
The company is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings.
In case of a storm warning, the marine police prohibit the departure of small vessels to sea — a refund or rescheduling of the tour may be possible.
2. Participant restrictions
The following are not allowed on group sea excursions:
Tourists over 70 years old (not recommended).
People with physical disabilities or serious illnesses.
Pregnant women (at any stage). ⚠️ If pregnancy is reported at the pier, the cost of the excursion is non-refundable. The return transfer is paid for by the guest.
3. Cancellation and no-show
A free date change is possible no later than 24 hours before the start of the tour.
For air tours and private programs, payment is non-refundable (100%) in case of cancellation.
For group excursions, payment is non-refundable if cancellation is less than 24 hours before departure.
If the tour is cancelled more than 24 hours before the start, 500 THB per person is withheld.
In case of no-show for the excursion, 100% of the tour cost is charged.
If the ticket is partially paid and the tourist does not join the tour, the remaining amount must be paid to the agent (cash on tour).
A 50% refund is possible only upon presentation of a medical certificate from a hospital before 16:00 on the day of the excursion. The remaining 50% is withheld, as transfer, meals, accommodation and national park tickets are non-refundable.
