Sailing catamarans CS4–CS12 (private tour)

🙏 By booking a tour you agree to the booking terms, cancellation rules, and organisational guidelines below, and confirm that you have read the programme descriptions in the price list.

‼️ Wait only at the hotel reception and do not leave. Do not look for the vehicle yourself. Stay seated at reception — the driver will find you. Showing the voucher on your phone is enough. If nobody arrives within 20 minutes after the latest pick-up time on the voucher, contact me on WhatsApp/mobile. For example, if the voucher says 06:00–06:20, call if nobody has arrived by 06:40.

📍 If you are not at the hotel reception at the date and time listed on the voucher, this is treated as a voluntary cancellation. The payment is non-refundable and the tour cannot be rescheduled.

📍 Payment is not refunded if you cancel a group one-day tour after 5:00 pm on the day before departure.

📍 Payment is not refunded if you cancel a group two-day tour less than 24 hours before departure (unless the voucher states otherwise).

📍 Payment is not refunded if you cancel a private tour less than 72 hours before departure (unless the voucher states otherwise). Each private sea charter (boat/yacht/catamaran) has its own cancellation policy — please check the voucher when booking.

📍 If you cancel a group tour before these deadlines, a 200 THB fee per person is retained (unless the voucher specifies other terms).

📍 Rescheduling to a different date after 5:00 pm on the day before the tour is not possible. The tour cost is non-refundable if you cancel the premium yacht group tour (Princess 55) less than 24 hours before departure. Cancelling between 24 and 72 hours before departure incurs a 50% fee; cancelling earlier than 72 hours before departure incurs a 10% fee.

‼️ Driver waiting time at the hotel for a group tour may reach one hour because of traffic, searching for guests in previous hotels, etc.

‼️ The programme of sea tours may be adjusted during the trip by the guide and boat captain depending on the weather and sea conditions without prior notice.

‼️ Pregnant women are not permitted on group sea tours regardless of the term of pregnancy. If pregnancy is disclosed at the pier, the payment is non-refundable and the return transfer is at the guest’s own expense.
