From 15 years old, independent driving is allowed
Responsibility for the safety of the jet ski lies entirely with the participant from the start of the program until its end
Driving a jet ski while intoxicated is strictly prohibited
Tour conditions
1. Weather conditions and force majeure
The program may change due to weather, tides or other unforeseen circumstances
Rain is not a reason to cancel the tour
The company is not responsible for the loss or damage of valuable personal belongings
In case of a storm warning, the marine police prohibit small boats from going to sea — a refund or rescheduling of the tour to another date is possible
2. Participation restrictions
Participation is not recommended for tourists over 70 years old
People with serious illnesses or physical limitations
Pregnant women (at any stage). If pregnancy is reported at the pier, the tour payment is not refunded, and the return transfer is paid for independently
3. Cancellation and no-show
Free rescheduling is possible no later than 24 hours before the start of the program
For air tours and private programs, no refund is provided (100% retention in case of cancellation)
For group tours, payment is not refunded if cancelled less than 24 hours before departure
If cancelled more than 24 hours before departure, a fee of 500 THB per person is withheld
In case of no-show, the full cost of the tour is retained
If a partial payment was made and the tourist does not show up, they must pay the remaining part to the agent (cash on tour)
A 50% refund is possible only upon presentation of a medical certificate from a hospital (for each participant) before 16:00 on the day of the tour. 50% is retained due to non-refundable costs for transfers, meals, hotels and national park tickets.
