Weather conditions and force majeure
The program may change due to weather, tides/ebbs, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Rain is not considered a reason to cancel the excursion.
The company is not responsible for the loss or damage of tourists’ personal belongings.
In case of a storm and a ban by the marine police on the departure of boats to sea, a refund or rescheduling of the tour to another date is possible.
Participant restrictions
Participation is not recommended for tourists over 70 years old.
People with serious illnesses or disabilities are not allowed.
Pregnant women are not accepted on the tour, regardless of the term. If pregnancy is discovered at the departure point, money will not be refunded, and the return transfer is paid by the tourist independently.
Tour cancellation and no-show policy
Rescheduling the tour is possible free of charge if notified at least 24 hours before the start.
For air programs and private excursions, no refund is provided (100% retention).
For group excursions, no refund is possible if cancellation is less than 24 hours before departure.
If cancellation is more than 24 hours before — 500 THB per person is retained.
In case of no-show, the full cost of the tour is charged.
If a partial prepayment was made and the tourist did not come, they must pay the remaining amount to the agent in cash.
If a medical certificate from a hospital is provided on the day of the excursion (before 16:00), a refund of 50% of the cost is possible. The remaining 50% is retained because the paid services (transfer, meals, hotels, national park tickets) are non-refundable.
