Excursion conditions
1. Weather conditions and force majeure
The program may change depending on weather conditions, tides/low tides, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Rainy weather is not a reason for tour cancellation.
The company is not responsible for the loss or damage of tourists’ personal belongings.
In case of a storm, the marine police prohibit small boats from going out to sea — a refund or rescheduling of the tour to another date is possible.
2. Restrictions for participation in sea excursions
Participation is not recommended for tourists over 70 years old.
People with serious illnesses or physical limitations are not allowed.
Pregnant women cannot participate in the tour (at any stage). If the fact of pregnancy is reported at the pier, the tour cost is not refunded and the return transfer is paid by the tourist.
3. Cancellation and no-show for the excursion
You can reschedule the tour date free of charge only if this is done at least 24 hours before the start of the program.
For air tours and private programs, refunds are not possible (100% is withheld).
For group excursions, if cancellation is less than 24 hours before departure, no refund is made.
If cancellation is more than 24 hours in advance, 500 THB per person is withheld.
In case of no-show, the full cost of the tour is charged.
If a partial payment was made and the tourist did not come, they must pay the remaining amount to the agent (in cash on the day of the tour).
A 50% refund is possible only upon presentation of a medical certificate from a hospital (for each tourist) before 16:00 on the day of the excursion. The second half of the cost is retained because expenses for transfer, meals, hotels, and national park tickets are non-refundable.
