Tour conditions
1. Weather conditions and force majeure
The program may be changed due to weather, tides or other unforeseen circumstances.
Rain is not a reason to cancel the excursion.
The company is not responsible for loss or damage to tourists’ valuable personal belongings.
In case of a storm warning, the marine police prohibit small boats from going out to sea. In this case, a refund or rescheduling of the tour to another date is possible.
2. Participation restrictions
The following are not allowed on group tours:
Tourists over 70 years old (for safety reasons).
People with serious illnesses or physical limitations.
Pregnant women (at any stage).
If pregnancy is reported only at the pier, payment is not refunded, and the return transfer is paid by the tourist independently.
3. Cancellation and no-show
Free rescheduling is possible if you notify at least 24 hours before the start of the program.
For air tours and private programs: 100% of the cost is retained in case of cancellation.
For group excursions: if you cancel less than 24 hours before departure, payment is not refunded.
If canceled more than 24 hours before the start of the program, 500 THB per person is retained.
In case of no-show, the full cost of the tour is retained.
If the ticket was partially paid and the tourist did not show up, they must pay the remaining amount (cash on tour).
If a medical certificate from a hospital (for each tourist) is provided before 16:00 on the day of the tour, a 50% refund is possible.
The remaining 50% is retained, as transfer, meals, accommodation and national park tickets are non-refundable.
