Tour conditions
1. Weather conditions and force majeure
The program may change due to weather, tides/low tides or other unforeseen circumstances.
Rain is not a reason to cancel the tour.
The company is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings.
In case of a storm warning and a ban on small boats going to sea by decision of the marine police, a refund for the tour or rescheduling to another date is possible.
2. Participation restrictions
Participation in group sea excursions is not allowed for:
tourists over 70 years old (not recommended for elderly people),
people with serious illnesses or limited physical abilities,
pregnant women (at any stage).
⚠️ If pregnancy is reported only at the pier, a refund is not possible. The return transfer must be paid by the tourist personally.
3. Tour cancellation and rescheduling
Free date change is possible no later than 24 hours before the start of the excursion.
For air programs and private tours: in case of cancellation, no refund is provided (100% is withheld).
For group excursions:
if cancelled less than 24 hours before departure – no refund is provided,
if cancelled more than 24 hours before – 500 THB per person is withheld,
in case of no-show – the full cost of the tour is charged.
If partial prepayment was made and the tourist does not show up, the remaining amount must be paid (cash on tour).
If a medical certificate from a hospital (for each participant) is provided before 16:00 on the day of the excursion, 50% of the cost is refunded. The remaining 50% is withheld, as transfer, meals, accommodation and national park tickets are non-refundable.
